Grafham 2017

 Grafham Water Centre have advised us of the following rules. It is essential that these rules are respected.

  

  • Tents are to be erected within the white lines, you will be asked to move them if they do not.
  • Anyone found with illegal drugs will be immediately sent home without refund.
  • Drinking alcohol on site is not permitted. (Including adults)
  • Anyone found under age with an alcoholic drink will be immediately sent home without refund.
  • Anyone found tampering with or taking another person’s equipment without authorisation will be immediately sent home without refund.
  • Any unruly behaviour (this includes excessive noise after 10.00 p.m.) will result in being sent home immediately without refund.
  • No radios etc. after 10.00 p.m.
  • There must be NO cooking whatsoever on site; this also includes boiling water. You will be asked to leave the site if you do so.
  • Rubbish must be put in the bins provided.
  • The waterfront is strictly out of bounds after and before regatta sailing.
  • Activity equipment is strictly out of bounds – low ropes, high ropes and climbing wall.
  • Do not use or touch any of the Centre equipment without authorisation.
  • Buoyancy aids must be worn when on the water.
  • Campers are not allowed on GWC property.
  • All disposable plates and cutlery are to be put in the bins when leaving the sports hall.
  • No food ticket - no food (tickets will be collected at each meal)
  • There will be plenty of food so please be patient when queuing.
  • Breakfast will be from 7.30 am to 8.30 am, dinner from 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm.
  • If you are in the village please respect the locals and keep the noise to an acceptable level.
  • Please refrain from swearing.
  • No recreational swimming is allowed.
  • Do not interfere with the fire fighting equipment.
